Seriously, Jabra builds the “Jabra+” app so bad. The balance between Left and Right earbud is really bad. My issue is the Left is slight than Right earbud lol wth, and on the internet, some people have the issue with the Right. Unbelievable.
I did some research on the internet and the below workaround that is resolved my issue.
- Reset my Jabra (hold the Right button around 10s till you see the purple led)
- Disconnect and forget the Jabra on my phone (Android). I restart my phone (optional)
- Uninstall Jabra+ app or Jabar service (if you use it)
- Use my pc (I use MacBook) to connect to my Jabra
- Search “Redbone” song on Youtube and check the sound with my Jabra (the balance between Left & Right now is good for me) — mystical step 🙂
- Disconnect my Jabra connection on my MacBook
- Back to my phone, connect to my Jabra (without installing any Jabra app, don’t use Jabra app)
- Check the sound again with “Redbone” song
- The balance is as same as on my MacBook 🙂
- AWESOME 🙂
With the new 2.0.0 app update and the new firmware 1.31, both the Elite 75t and Elite Active 75t gain active noise cancellation. The Jabra Sound app guides you through personalizing the ANC so that.
Some alternative workaround on the internet but it doesn’t work for my case
- Turn volume down to 0 (zero) by Left earbud button
- Turn volume up to MAX
I hope my sharing can resolve your problem 🙂
Hello penbert,Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I see that your Bluetooth headset doesn't pair to your iPod touch. I can provide some information about this.
I found this compatibility guide that shows which Jabra products are compatible with the iPod touch:

Hope this helps.Jun 12, 2018 6:47 AM
